All content and website issues can be reported to our Customer Support team by clicking the blue “Help” bubble at the bottom right of the screen and selecting “Get in Touch” in the chat box. Additionally, you can report issues through our Contact Us page.
When reporting an issue, please indicate the following information:
- What is the issue or problem you have encountered?
- If the issue is within a course, indicate the name of the lesson or provide the URL for the page the issue is on.
- A screenshot that displays the issue, if you are able to.
We are always looking to improve, and thank you for taking the time to inform us of any issues! Please be aware that our Customer Success Team is available Monday - Friday from 10 am-6 pm CST, with the exception of major holidays. We aim to respond to every inquiry within 3 business days.
