How long will it take for my items to arrive?
If you purchase a physical item (e.g., a book), please allow our shipping manager 48 business hours to fulfill this order. However, it may take up to 72 business hours to fulfill your order if our store is experiencing a high volume. At this point, you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within 2-5 business days for domestic orders (in the United States). If this is an international order, expect it to arrive within 3-5 weeks.

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?
Yes, we can change your shipping address if your order hasn't already shipped. Please contact us ASAP via our contact page, and include the correct address in your request!
*If it has already shipped, we won't be able to change the shipping address for the order.
Do you offer digital copies of the Intern Guide or QuickTables books?
We do not offer a digital version of the Intern Guide.
We do offer a digital version of the QuickTables book as a separate purchase through the OME Mobile App. You'll need a Premium subscription to be able to purchase it first. You can access the digital QuickTables book for as long as you have an active subscription.
What if my item was never delivered?
OnlineMedEd will ship your package via USPS and provide you with a tracking number. However, we are not responsible for items being stolen or misplaced if sent to unsafe locations like dorm rooms or left outside apartments. Please ensure you send it to a safe location before proceeding with a purchase. With that said, if the tracking number shows that the item was never delivered, we will replace it!
*If you are located outside of the US, we cannot provide you with an exact shipping estimate as it varies with international shippers. Still, we ask that you contact us if your item has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.
What’s your return policy on physical products?
Physical products are final sale and non-refundable.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Depending on the location, we can expedite shipping through FedEx International Economy, but the cost is often >$100. Please contact us before you purchase if you need your order quicker than our standard turnaround time.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally. All international shipments are shipped through the United States Postal Service, with delivery times estimated between two to three weeks.
